Welcome to The Aperture Blog!

The Aperture Blog is all about the people behind the photographs. One of the many things I enjoy about photography is that it allows you to see how other people view the world around them. Sure, a picture on its own right can be beautiful, but what is the story behind the image; what is it about the scene that caught the photographer’s eye? That’s what the Aperture Blog is looking to uncover.

Though I am no professional, I have pursued photography as a hobby for the past  two years. You can see some of my own photography posted on this page and also here.. I also have a Flickr account.
